At Jonz 1 Forever Cares, Sean Jones plays an important role in helping ensure both our clients and caregivers feel supported every step of the way. Sean oversees the overall operations and day-to-day management of the agency, with a strong focus on client care, care coordination, and making sure families receive compassionate, dependable support they can trust. He works closely behind the scenes to help ensure services are delivered with quality, professionalism, and heart. In addition to supporting client care, Sean also serves as a resource for caregivers and team members. Whether it involves workplace support, policies and procedures, questions about employment, or general guidance, he is always available to help when needed. While Aaliyah Jones and Kashana (“Kash”) Jones manage much of the day-to-day caregiver onboarding and support, Sean remains accessible and ready to step in whenever extra support is needed. With over 20 years of experience in public service, social services, healthcare, and supporting individuals and families, Sean understands the compassion, patience, and dedication it takes to truly care for others. His goal is to help create an environment where both clients and caregivers feel respected, heard, and supported. Sean believes strong care starts with strong communication, trust, and teamwork. He is passionate about building meaningful relationships with families and ensuring caregivers feel confident and valued in the important work they do every day. When he’s not working, Sean enjoys barbecuing, watching sports, and spending quality time with his family — the people who continue to inspire his passion for caring for others.
Aaliyah Jones
Alternate Administrator & Caregiver Supervisor
Aaliyah serves as a Caregiver Supervisor and Office Assistant, bringing years of hands-on caregiving experience along with a strong passion for supporting both clients and caregivers. She has provided compassionate, day-to-day care and understands the real challenges that come with caregiving—not just for clients, but for families as well. Her approach is rooted in patience, empathy, and treating every individual with the same care and respect she would give her own loved ones. In her role, Aaliyah helps oversee caregiver support while also assisting with day-to-day office operations, ensuring that care runs smoothly behind the scenes. Her experience allows her to connect both the care and administrative side of the business, creating a more personal and reliable experience for families. In addition to her caregiving background, Aaliyah also has years of experience in customer service. She naturally enjoys being around people, building connections, and making others feel comfortable and heard. Known for her kind heart and friendly personality, she easily connects with others and is often described as someone who gets along with everyone she meets. Outside of work, Aaliyah enjoys spending quality time with her family, attending fitness classes, and learning more about business and personal growth.
Kashana Jones
HR Specialist
With over 30 years of experience in customer service and a strong background in medical assisting and medical billing, she brings a deep understanding of both patient care and administrative excellence. Her passion for helping others shows in every interaction, as she is dedicated to making patients feel comfortable, valued, and supported. She takes pride in working hard each day to bring a sense of ease, trust, and even a smile to those she serves. In her role, she plays a key part in onboarding and interviewing caregivers, as well as managing client intake and coordination. From the very first conversation, she helps guide families through the process with clarity and compassion, ensuring they feel confident and cared for every step of the way. Her ability to connect with people, combined with her attention to detail and strong work ethic, makes her an essential part of creating a smooth and welcoming experience for both clients and staff.Outside of work, she enjoys doing her nails, cooking, and spending quality time with her family.
