Aaliyah Jones serves as the Alternate Administrator of our HCSSA program and Program Manager of our HCS program, bringing years of hands-on direct care experience and a genuine passion for supporting individuals, families, caregivers, and Direct Support Professionals. Before stepping into leadership, Aaliyah experienced caregiving firsthand. Working directly with seniors and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities gave her an understanding of care that goes far beyond policies, schedules, and paperwork. She understands that behind every service plan is a real person with their own personality, preferences, goals, routines, challenges, and story — and behind every person is often a family placing tremendous trust in the people providing their care. That experience has shaped the way Aaliyah approaches leadership today. She understands the long shifts, the emotional connections that develop, the responsibility caregivers and DSPs carry, and the importance of showing up with patience even on difficult days. Most importantly, she understands how vulnerable it can feel for a family to place someone they love in another person’s care. Because of that, she believes quality care should never feel rushed, cold, or transactional. It should feel personal, respectful, comforting, and rooted in genuine human connection. Within our HCSSA program, Aaliyah helps support caregivers and families while assisting with day-to-day operations and helping ensure services are organized, dependable, and centered around each client’s needs. As Program Manager for our HCS program, she brings that same heart into supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She is passionate about helping individuals feel included, respected, and supported in living meaningful lives within their communities. She believes every individual deserves more than simply having their basic needs met — they deserve opportunities to build relationships, make choices, experience new things, work toward personal goals, and enjoy a life that truly feels like their own. Aaliyah also believes that caring for the people who provide care matters. Having worked in direct care herself, she knows caregivers and DSPs need to feel supported, appreciated, heard, and prepared to do their jobs well. She strives to be a leader whom staff can communicate with openly and someone families can feel comfortable turning to with questions or concerns. Her years of customer service experience have also strengthened her natural ability to connect with people from many different walks of life. Whether she is speaking with a family searching for care, welcoming a new individual into the HCS program, supporting a caregiver or DSP, or simply listening to someone who needs reassurance, Aaliyah wants people to walk away feeling heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. For Aaliyah, Jonz 1 Forever Cares is about more than building a business. It is about helping create something meaningful — a place where individuals are treated with dignity, families feel supported, caregivers and DSPs feel valued, and compassionate care remains at the heart of every decision. Outside of work, Aaliyah enjoys spending quality time with her family, attending fitness classes, and continuing to learn about business, leadership, personal growth, and new ways to positively impact the lives of others.
