Please note, our services focus on light housekeeping only. We do not provide deep cleaning services. Deep cleaning typically includes tasks such as scrubbing floors, cleaning carpets, washing walls, moving heavy furniture, or detailed sanitation of the entire home. Our role is to help maintain the home day-to-day by keeping it tidy, manageable, and comfortable.

 

Whether you need temporary support or ongoing assistance, our goal is to provide dependable help that gives you peace of mind and allows you to focus on what matters most.

Scope of Services

To ensure the safety of both our clients and caregivers, our household support services are limited to light housekeeping tasks only. Caregivers do not perform deep cleaning or heavy-duty tasks such as moving large furniture, scrubbing floors on hands and knees, cleaning carpets, washing walls, or handling hazardous materials. These types of services require specialized equipment, extended time, and in some cases, professional cleaning providers. Our focus is to maintain a clean, safe, and manageable living environment through consistent, day-to-day support rather than intensive cleaning.

 

Please note, caregivers will only perform household tasks that are outlined and agreed upon in the care plan. This ensures clarity, consistency, and that all services provided are appropriate, safe, and aligned with your loved one’s needs.

Home Upkeep

 

  • Light housekeeping and general tidying

  • Laundry (washing, drying, folding)

  • Linen changes and bed making

  • Dishwashing and kitchen clean-up

Errands & Additional Support

Daily Living Support

  • Meal preparation and simple meal setup

  • Organizing common areas and living spaces

  • Restocking household essentials (upon request)

  • Assistance with maintaining daily routines

After your in-home consultation, we create a care plan that is strictly personalized to your loved one’s needs, routine, and level of support. As recovery progresses and needs change, we review and adjust the care plan every 30 to 90 days to ensure the right level of care is always in place.
