Caregivers are at the heart of our home care and HCS programs. They are the people who provide hands-on support with activities of daily living (ADLs), personal assistance services (PAS), and everyday routines that help individuals live more comfortably and independently. At Jonz 1 Forever Cares, we recognize the important role our caregivers play and make it a priority to listen to their needs, acknowledge their hard work, and create a workplace where they feel valued.
Supporting the People Who Make a Difference
Our Commitment
Ongoing Training
Learning continues beyond the first day. We provide monthly ongoing trainings to help our caregivers build their knowledge, strengthen their skills, and stay informed on best practices.
A Listening team that cares
We have a listening team that gives caregivers a safe space to ask questions, communicate their experiences and share feedback.
Training & Orientation
Our caregivers receive orientation and appropriate training to help them understand their responsibilities, agency expectations, and the importance of providing safe, person-centered support.
Check ins &
Guidance
Our leadership team checks in with caregivers regularly to see how things are going, answer questions, and provide guidance and support whenever needed.

Our caregivers receive the training and guidance needed to provide safe, person-centered support that reflects each individual's needs, preferences, and daily routines. We understand that every person is different, and we never believe in taking shortcuts or choosing what's easiest over what's right for the individual. Families can feel confident knowing that we strive to provide care that puts their loved one's well-being first.
At Jonz 1 Forever Cares, we take our responsibility to the individuals and families we serve seriously. Before beginning care, our caregivers complete an onboarding process that includes background checks, an interview, orientation, required training, and a competency assessment covering important topics such as infection control, medication-related responsibilities, and individual rights. We also ensure required employment paperwork is completed.
